Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and love is in the air. Today, you are in for a real treat. The sweet and talented Chloe, at Celebrate and Decorate, is hosting a tablescape blog hop to inspire your romantic Valentine tables. Be sure to check out the schedule at the end of this post. There are lots of beautiful tables to inspire you to create something beautiful for the one you love.
The table was placed in front of the fireplace to create an intimate and cozy setting. It is the perfect spot for a romantic dinner for two.
A raspberry red French Jacquard tablecloth accented with a cream lace runner sets the romantic mood for this tablescape.
For the place setting, I chose to use my Haviland Moss Rose China. I think it is perfect for a Valentine’s dinner for two. The flatware is Michelangelo by Oneida, and the crystal is Golden Tiara by Mikasa. Each place setting is anchored with a gold lace placemat and cream linen napkins.
The centerpiece is simple, red roses placed in a Haviland tea pot with crystal candlestick holders flanked at the sides.
These delicious fruit tarts make the perfect dessert.
Red rose petals are scattered throughout the table.
Thank you so much for visiting today. It was so much fun creating this romantic table for two. Please visit the other bloggers on the schedule listed below.
