Happy Tuesday, sweet friends! I am so sorry that I was absent last week. With the start of school, things have been pretty hectic around the house. The first day of autumn is Saturday, and I am anxious for the change in seasons. Last weekend, I started my fall decorating, and today I am going to show you my fall foyer.
I am pretty much a traditional girl when it comes to decorating for autumn. I love the warm vibrant colors that the season brings.
Joining some of my blue and white pieces are pumpkins, gourds, autumnal leaves, and fall berries. I adore the pairing of these colors with blue. For an anchor to my vignette, I used a French Country table runner that I had made a few years ago.
Thanks so much for your visits and kind comments. I appreciate each and every one of them. I plan on finishing my fall decorating by this weekend, and I can’t wait to share it with you. May you each have a very happy and blessed day, dear friends!

Shannon, you foyer is autumn at its finest. I love your traditional style of fall with all the glorious colors of rust, gold, and brown. Your beaded pumpkin adds a little glam to the mix. You do blue and white so well, it works with any season and color palette! I must get busy with fall decorating, I am behind. Have a beautiful day sweet friend!
I love the blue with the deep oranges Shannon…..and your entry is beautiful. I love that I have joined the Celebrate Your Story team of Chloe and Sandra as it has given me more beautiful blog posts to look at to choose a pick of the week for us to post. I hope you post this link on my post as It is a winner in my book.
Shannon, your foyer is so pretty and has given me a needed push to dressing our home for fall. I so love your blue and white, simply gorgeous. I will be anxious to see what your mind and hands have created as you share your autumn home. Happy day and week to you, my talented friend !
How pretty! It looks warm and inviting. I love the traditional colors too. It is in the 80’s here still. I will start decorating the beginning of October. Our fall lasts through mid November usually here in NC.
Beautiful! I love the fall colors with your blue and white transferware. I’m ready for fall weather and just beginning to think about decorating for my favorite season.
Lovely Fall Foyer Decor! I love the Fall colors that are warm and cozy! I know it is still in the 80’s but Fall is not that far away. Where did Summer go?! Oh, and I love your chair fabric.
What a lovely change from the all neutral decorating I see in abundance-thanks for the post.
Very warm and inviting!
Shannon, I love your foyer autumn display–you’re so good at designing them!
Lovely Shannon! I have only managed to do a fall vignette on the mantel, you have inspired me to get busy and pull out more decor! What a wonderful welcoming space as people enter your home, I love the wreath hanging on the mirror!
It looks absolutely beautiful, but I thought you had a different table here, from another post. Isn’t this the buffet table that you used to have in the dining room? Did you do a “switcheroo” on us? I also love to switch furniture around, pieces look almost new when they move to a new spot, right?
Golly, really loving the deep rusts with this—-rich and still subtle??? excellent with the dark blue on white…loving this combo.Coming from Make it Pretty.
Beautiful foyer Shannon! I am featuring you today at TFT. Thanks for sharing with us!
I love the feeling of this vignette! Thank you for sharing with us at Celebrate Your Story and have a great weekend.
