Gather Around the Table Thanksgiving Blog Hop

Welcome friends! I hope that your week is off to a great start! I can’t believe that Thanksgiving is next week. Today, I am so excited to be joining some of my sweet blogging friends to bring you our Thanksgiving tables. This special gathering is being hosted by the talented, Amber, at Follow the Yellow Brick Home. If you are visiting from The Painted Hinge, I am so happy that you stopped by for a visit. A list of all of the participants is posted below.

For my Thanksgiving table, I chose to mix traditional fall colors with metallic accents.

Each placesetting consists of a gold scalloped charger plate topped with a plate stack of mixed china. The first layer is Mikasa English Countryside followed by Johnson Brothers Friendly Village, and topped with my Great Grandmother’s Haviland china. For added texture, burlap placemats anchor each setting. Rounding out the look are Mikasa Golden Tiara crystal and Onieda Michelangelo flatware.

The centerpiece is comprised of a lace table runner topped with tall gold candlesticks and gold metallic urns flanked with fall floral globe arrangements. Autumn berries are scattered about.

You will also find the china hutch that displays my Spode Blue Italian china adorned for autumn.

Fall berries, pumpkins, and gourds are scattered about the shelves. I adore the way the autumn colors accent the blue and white china.
