Colorful Summer Tablescape

Happy Thursday, dear and sweet friends. It is time for another alfresco summer tablescape. This summer, I have really enjoyed creating tablescapes outdoors. Any excuse to go outside and play with dishes and flowers is a good one to me! Won’t you join me for a little lunch on this beautiful summer day?

I found this colorful tablecloth on a recent trip to Homegoods knowing that it would be perfect for a summer tablescape.

Each placesetting is composed of a navy straw placemat, red and white polka dot dinner plate, and navy blue floral salad plate. Blue goblets and navy and white napkins with red flowers round out the look.

I have an abundance of variegated coleus in my flower beds so I added some of the stalks to grocery store flowers that I arranged in a white pitcher.

Thank you for taking the time to visit with me and for your kind comments. Your visits and comments mean so much to me!  Next Tuesday, I am excited to be joining  a wonderful group of bloggers to bring your our late summer home tours. Many will be sharing how they transition into fall.  I hope that you all have a very blessed and happy day, dear friends!
