Spring Home Tour

Happy Spring, dear friends! Today, you are in for a special treat! I am joining some of my sweet blogging friends to bring you our spring home tours. A special thank you goes to both Cindy at Cloches and Lavender and Terrie at Decorate and More with Tip for hosting this fun event. If you are coming over from Terrie at Decorate and More with Tip, welcome. Terrie always has the prettiest seasonal decor!

As you step up to the front porch, you will find the Easter Bunny waiting to greet you. He has been a part of our Easter decor for several years.

Last week, I shared my Easter tablescape and dining room decorated for spring. You can read all about it here if you missed it.

I love decorating my china hutch for the seasons.

For my dining table, I chose to leave the centerpiece decorations out to enjoy.

As you step out of the dining room, this little corner houses a French pastry table.

It is the perfect spot to display bunnies, chicks, and Easter treats.

One of my favorite places to hang a wreath is on a mirror.

Now, let’s step into the living room to see how I added touches of spring with bunnies, flowers, and splashes of pink. I have to admit…I am really loving pink this season.

The coffee table vignette is a simple collection of items gathered on a mirrored tray. I chose my favorite pink McCoy pottery vase to serve as a vessel for some grocery store hydrangeas. Sometimes, I think one type of flower makes just as pretty of a statement as several different flowers. Along with my flowers is an antique cast iron bunny and a flameless pink candle.

Next, let’s look at the mantel. I placed buffet lamps with baby blue shades and more pops of pink with a pair of faceted pink hurricanes. Staffordshire bunnies add another spring touch.

New spring pillows also are making a debut this year. I recently purchased these online, and I adore their rich color.

Friends, I am so happy that you stopped by to visit me on this lovely spring day! It seems that spring always gives us a feeling of hope and renewal. I know that everyone of us could definetly use a good dose of that this spring. It is my wish that this season brings you much happiness and many blessings. Next up, on the tour, is Chloe at Celebrate and Decorate. She loves to tablescape as much as I do, and I always refer to her as the queen of wreath making! Also, please be sure to visit my other friends on the tour. I know that it will be a feast for the eyes. Their links are listed below. Take care!
