A Traditional Christmas Table

Happy Thursday, my sweet friends! Today, I want to invite you to gather around and have a seat and my traditional Christmas table.

Each place setting is set upon a gold lace placemat and gold charger plate. The plate stack consist of a Mikasa English Countryside plate topped with a plaid salad plate. The plaid salad plates are new and are from Ballard Designs. They are by Suzanne Kasler. I’m mad for plaid this Christmas season! My Mikasa Golden Tiara crystal and Oneida Michelangelo flatware round out each setting.

The runner is by April Cornell. It was also a recent purchase from Marshalls. Each placesetting is accented by a red napkin with lace trim tied with pearl napkin rings.

A recent trip to Trader Joe’s yielded several bunches of pretty flowers to create the centerpiece. Pinecones and red glass ornaments are scattered about the base of the arrangement.

Red ginger jars and crystal candlestick holders with red candles flank each side of the arrangement.

Dear friends, I am so happy that you were able to join me at my Christmas table. I hope that you have most happy day!!!
