Spring in the Foyer

Good morning, dear friends! In just a few short days spring will arrive, and today, I’m sharing my foyer decorated for spring. With all that is going on, I think we could all use something happy and pretty to look at. So come on in, and join me for a little spring decorating talk.

You will find many welcoming signs of spring on the French entry table.

Mr. and Mrs. Rabbit are eager to say hello in their sweet spring outfits.

Pretty pink tulips are placed in a watering can for pop of spring color.

You may have have noticed these pretty glass eggs scattered about. They are by Martha Stewart and were found several weeks ago while I was visiting a local HomeGoods.

Nothing says spring like the lovely blooms that grace a Forsythia bush. I simply placed some branches in my blue and white umbrella stand. Their bright yellow blooms are just so happy and cheerful!

I love placing seasonal wreaths on the interior side of the front door.

The pretty pink florals are perfect for the season.

Sweet friends, I am so happy that you stopped by to visit me today! Take care, and I hope you have a beautiful day filled with peace and blessings!!!

  5. It’s so warm and inviting. Your home is very different from most blogs I follow, and that’s a wonderful thing. White on white, with gray and more white seems to be what
A lot of people call style. I think your home has style! I love it!

Hi, Shannon. When I view pictures of your home, I feel enveloped in a cozy nest of beautiful colors and classic style. Every room of your home feels warm and soooo inviting. Your guests probably wish to stay forever. Love your bunny couple, too. Stay safe with this crazy pandemic. Hugs!

  10. I am interested in the decoration on the foyer lamp shade….is that a dress pin and chain….it is very interesting; love the accent on the lamp shade.

What are the paint colors in your beautiful home?

    • Hi LaDonna, we didn’t choose the paint colors in the house. The previous owners did. However, I did a little research and found a sheet of paper that they had them wrote on. The wall paint is by Kelly-Moore paint and is called SW Macadamia. In the dining room and entry, there is a glaze over the the paint. I hope this helps. Take care, and enjoy your week!!!

  13. Your foyer looks lovely for spring!
