An Outdoor Autumn Tablescape

Good morning, dear friends! I hope that you are having a happy and blessed week.  For the past several days, our temperatures have been very cold, and rain has filled our days and nights.  Today, we are starting out in the 20s, but we are supposed to see some sunshine. I am keeping my fingers crossed, because I am in desperate need of some sunshine! With the cooler temperatures accompanied by rain, I have been spending quite a bit of time indoors catching up on some projects. However, this past weekend our weather was absolutely gorgeous. I savored every minute of the last Sunday of October. It was so pretty that I was inspired to set a table outdoors.

The underpinning I chose for my table is from France and has roosters embroidered on it. It is one of my most favorite tablecloths.

Each place setting consists of a green straw placemat, plate stack, American Fostoria glass, and a red Country French napkin tied with a floral napkin ring.

For the plate stack, I chose a Mikasa English Countryside plate and Johnson Brothers Friendly Village plate topped with a Better Homes and Gardens pumpkin plate.

A green confit pot filled with a bouquet of flowers surrounded by fall berries, a gourd, and a rooster compose a centerpiece. As I was taking photographs, the sunlight was dancing so beautifully upon the table. It made me smile.

I found this rooster while antiquing several years ago. I own several decorative roosters, and I adore them!

Thank you, my sweet friends, for your visits. I will be back next week to share how I decorated my living room for autumn. Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy your day!!!
