Christmas Front Porch

Good morning, dear readers! Today, I am joining my sweet and talented blogging friends to bring you our porches decked out for Christmas. This fun event is being hosted by my friend, Amber, at Follow the Yellow Brick Home. You will find links to all of the participants at the end of this post. If you are visiting from Linda’s blog, Itsy Bits and Pieces, welcome. I am so happy that you stopped by for a visit!

Not a lot has changed from last year’s porch. Every year, I say that I am going to create a new garland, but I tend to just make repairs to the old one with a little hot glue and fluffing.

I am very traditional in my holiday decorating. I love using things that hold memories for me and my family. Every Christmas season you will find these soldiers standing guard at my front door. They belonged to my grandparents.

I’m loving all of the plaid that is trending right now in home decor and fashion.

This English Country bench also resides on my porch. I like to change the pillows to accompany each season.

Flanking the bench are little Christmas trees and sweet grapevine angels.

A magnolia wreath hangs on the window above the bench.

Thanks so much for stopping by my sweet friends! Next up on the tour is Carol from Art and Sand. She has the prettiest seaside cottage. I know you will enjoy your visit. Take care and have a blessed day!!!
